High Season (January 1 - May 31, October 1 - December 31):

Non holiday - $1150/night. 
Holiday - $1250 - $2500/night (varies). 
3 night minimum; certain holiday weekends may require longer stays.

Low Season (June 1 - September 30):

Non holiday - $950/night for weekends. $850/night for weekdays.  
Holiday: $950 - $1150/night  (varies)
2 night minimum; certain holiday weekends may require longer stays. 

Cleaning Fee: $350

Pool/Spa Heat Fee: Spa only ($25/day), Pool only ($75/day).
